DECREE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF SEA TRANSPORTATION NUMBER: KP-DJPL 413 OF 2025 CONCERNING GUIDELINES ON PROVISIONS WITHIN IMO INSTRUMENTS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF WHICH IS SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATIVE CONSIDERATION (KP-DJPL 413/2025)
SUMMARY:
- KP-DJPL 413/2025 is promulgated to give effect to provisions requiring administrative consideration as stipulated under the International Convention for the safety of life at sea (SOLAS), the International convention for the prevention of pollution from ships (MARPOL) 73/78, the International convention on load lines (LOADLINE) 1966, and the International Regulations for preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREG);
- KP-DJPL 413/2025 regulates the following:

- Establish guidelines regarding the requirements in IMO instruments whose implementation is carried out with consideration by Administration, Including:
- Establishing guidelines on the requirements in IMO instruments whose implementation is carried out with administrative consideration, Including: Guidelines on the requirements in the International convention for the Safety of life at sea (SOLAS);
- Guidelines on the requirements in the International convention for the prevention of pollution from Ships (MARPOL) 73/78;
- Guidelines on requirements in the International Convention on Load Lines (LOADLINE) 1966; and
- Guidelines on requirements under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREG).
- Establishing (RO), surveyors, and officials of the Directorate General of Sea Transportations (DJPL) regarding special provisions in administrative considerations for ships registered under the Indonesian flag;

OTHER PROVISIONS:
- KP-DJPL 413/2025 Shall came into force on the date of its enactment.
- KP-DJPL 413/2025 is enacted on 25 July 2025.
