DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 28/KM.4/2025 CONCERNING THE DETERMINATION OF EXPORT PRICES FOR THE CALCULATION OF EXPORT DUTIES (KMK 28/KM.4/2025).
SUMMARY:
- KMK 28/KM.4/2025 was issued to implement the provisions of Article 5 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 55 of 2008 concerning the Imposition of Export Duty on Export Goods, which requires the issuance of a Minister of Finance Decree concerning the Determination of Export Prices for the Calculation of Export Duty.
- KMK 28/KM.4/2025 stipulates the following:

- The Export Price for calculating export duties on export goods in the form of processed metal mineral products is as stated in Appendix A, which is an integral part of this Minister of Finance Decree.
- The types of export goods subject to export duties and the amount of export duty rates are as stated in the Appendix to Minister of Finance Regulation Number 38 of 2024 concerning the Determination of Export Goods Subject to Export Duties and Export Duty Rates.
- In the event that the Export Price stipulated in this Ministerial Decree has expired and a new Export Price has not yet been stipulated, the Export Price stipulated in this Ministerial Decree shall remain valid as the basis for calculating export duties until a new Export Price is stipulated.

OTHER PROVISIONS:
– KMK 28/KM.4/2025 is stipulated on August 14, 2025.
– KMK 28/KM.4/2025 is effective from August 15, 2025 to August 31, 2025.
