JOINT DECISION LETTER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PT BEI, PT KPEI, AND PT KSEI NUMBER KEP-00053/BEI/08-2025, KEP-068/DIR/KPEI/0825, KEP-0029/DIR/KSEI/0825 OF 2025 CONCERNING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE FEE POLICY FOR STRUCTURED WARRANT LIQUIDITY PROVIDERS

SUMMARY:

• This Decree is issued to stipulate the policy on Exchange Transaction fees, Exchange Transaction Clearing, and Exchange Transaction settlement for Structured Warrant Liquidity Providers as well as additional incentives for Structured Warrant Issuers acting as Liquidity Providers in the Joint Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, the Board of Directors of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia, and the Board of Directors of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia.
• This Decree stipulates the following:

1. 1. 1. Transaction Fees for Structured Warrant Liquidity Providers are set at 0.03% of the transaction value, with the following breakdown: exchange: 0.018%, clearing: 0.009%, settlement: 0.003%.
      2. Transaction Fee Exemptions are granted to Liquidity Providers who fulfill their Structured Warrant Quotation obligations (in accordance with Exchange Regulation Number II-P), calculated and determined on a daily basis.
      3. Additional incentives for Structured Warrant Issuers are in the form of a reduction in fees equal to 2 times the Transaction Fee for Warrant transactions on the Regular Market or Cash Market by Liquidity Providers who are also Issuers.
      4. The value of fee exemptions and incentives is calculated on the last Exchange day of each month and reduces the fees for the same period or the following month.
      5. Evaluations are conducted every 6 months, including the possibility of discontinuing additional incentives.
      6. Incentives for Issuers are valid until August 27, 2026.

• With this decision, the Joint Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia, and PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia Number Kep -00080/BEI/11-2022, KEP 027/DIR/KPEI/1112, KEP-0034/DIR/KSEI/1122 dated November 30, 2022, regarding the Liquidity Provider fee policy is hereby declared invalid.

OTHER PROVISIONS:

– This Decree was issued on August 27, 2025.

– This Decree came into effect on August 27, 2025.
