REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 55 OF 2025 ON THE TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNDS SUBSIDY/SUBSIDY MARGIN KREDIT ACTIVITIES OF CIVILIZED INDUSTRIES (PERMENKEU 55/2025)
SUMMARY:
- PERMENKEU 55/2025 aims to increase the capacity of business competitiveness, expand employment, and support efforts to revitalize machinery to increase productivity, the government needs to provide support by expanding access to financing for labor-intensive industry businesses.
- This PERMENKEU 55/2025 regulates:
- KIPK Interest Subsidy/Margin Subsidy is provided through a cooperation scheme between KIPK KPA and KIPK Distributors as outlined in a financing cooperation agreement.
- The amount of KIPK Interest Subsidy/Margin Subsidy is set at 5% (five percent) effective per year.
OTHER PROVISIONS:
- This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
- This Ministerial Regulation was promulgated on July 29, 2025.
- This Ministerial Regulation is promulgated on August 1, 2025.
