DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 30/KM. 4/2025 CONCERNING GOODS RESTRICTED FOR IMPORT BASED ON THE MINISTER OF TRADE REGULATION NUMBER 23 OF 2025 CONCERNING POLICY AND REGULATION OF IMPORT OF GOODS AND CONSUMPTION (KMK NO. 30/KM.4/2025).

SUMMARY:

• KMK NO. 30/KM.4/2025 was issued based on the Minister of Finance’s Decree on Goods Restricted for Importation Based on Minister of Trade Regulation No. 23 of 2025 concerning Policy and Regulation of Consumer Goods Imports (PMK 23/205).
• KMK NO. 30/KM.4/2025 stipulates the following:

1. 1. 1. Enforcing import restrictions (border) in accordance with Minister of Trade Regulation No. 23 of 2025 concerning Policies and Regulations on the Import of Consumer Goods;
      2. Determining restricted items for import as listed in the Appendix, which is an integral part of this Ministerial Decree;
      3. Pengawasan barang yang dibatasi untuk diimpor sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Diktum KEDUA berlaku juga untuk pemasukan dan pengeluaran ke dan dari Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas (KPBPB), Tempat Penimbunan Berikat (TPB), dan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku;
      4. In the event that the laws and regulations governing restricted imports as referred to in the FIRST dictum are revoked and the Directorate General of Customs and Excise no longer supervises all such goods, this Ministerial Decree shall be revoked and declared invalid;
      5. There are 218 (two hundred and eighteen) types of goods that are restricted from import based on (PMK 23/2025).

OTHER PROVISIONS:

• KMK NO. 30/KM.4/2025 was enacted on August 19, 2025.
• KMK NO. 30/KM.4/2025 came into effect on August 29, 2025.
